University Lutheran Chapel in College Station, is a ministry of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod that touches many lives, including students and international families at Texas A&M University and Blinn College. There are many ways you can support the mission of University Lutheran Chapel in sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ:

Prayer

Please pray that our ministry at University Lutheran Chapel would be effective and powerful. Pray that we can share the Gospel with both American and international students and their families, through the power of the Holy Spirit. Pray that we are able to help college students grow in their faith and create a firm foundation on which to build the rest of their lives. The Lord does mighty things through the power of prayer.

University Lutheran Chapel Annual Fund

Our Annual Fund goal for 2006 is $50,000. These gifts are used primarily for our program and administrative expenses at the Chapel. Therefore, these gifts are crucial to the life of the Chapel. Gifts can be made directly to ULC by individuals and congregations. Simply mail your check to University Lutheran Chapel, 315 College Main, College Station, TX, 77840. Your donation is tax-deductible, and a receipt will be mailed to you.

Endowment Fund

Two endowment funds benefiting University Lutheran Chapel are managed by the Lutheran Foundation of Texas. One endowment exclusively benefits University Lutheran Chapel. The other, the Born Endowment, benefits all campus ministries in the Texas District, LCMS, including ULC.

To donate to the ULC-College Station Endowment Fund:

• Make the check out to the "Lutheran Foundation of Texas"
• Earmark the check for the "University Lutheran Chapel Fund, College Station"

• You will be mailed a receipt.

• Make the check out to the "Lutheran Foundation of Texas"
• Earmark the check for the "Born Endowment Fund, campus ministries"

• You will be mailed a receipt.

Thrivent Matching Funds

Through the GivingPlus(R) Program, Thrivent Financial for Lutherans contributes $1 for every $2 that a Thrivent Financial member donates. Certain minimum and maximum limits apply. See Thrivent's website on the GivingPlus Program for more detailed information. Matching gifts can be made to both our Annual Fund and the endowment funds!
